Over the past 16 years, I’ve worked with thousands of coaches, therapists, leaders, and change-makers - helping them not just do the work, but become it.

The Evolution™ isn’t a course. It’s a container. You won’t be drowning in modules, you’ll be integrating in real time, with personal support, monthly deep dives, live coaching practice, and real-time shifts. This is about who you become, not how many hours of content you consume.
You’ll walk away with deeper confidence in who you are, clarity on your direction, real integration of the coaching/NLP tools you’ve already learned, and the ability to show up and lead with presence, power and purpose. You’ll stop collecting tools and start embodying them - in your coaching, your leadership, your business, and your life.
Perfect. This is exactly for you. The Evolution™ is designed to move you from knowing to becoming - and that includes building the self-trust and confidence that helps you finally back yourself fully. You don’t need to be ready. You just need to be willing.
The main live calls are around 2–3 hours per month. Integration happens between the sessions - and this isn’t “homework heavy.” You’re encouraged to apply what you’re learning directly to real life and real clients. Think quality over quantity. This is designed to support women with full lives, not add more pressure.
No - The Evolution™ is for purpose-driven women who want to communicate and lead with more influence, depth and alignment. Whether you're a coach, entrepreneur, team leader, or in transition, the real work is the same: becoming the next version of you and living it - fully.
Evolution Mastermind Circle Members who are certified practitioners may be invited to attend future Practitioner calls, either to assist, observe, or revisit the content. These opportunities depend on training dates and capacity but are offered as a powerful way to keep deepening your NLP mastery.
