Her initial leap into the realm of NLP began in 1993, ignited by a Paul McKenna cassette on confidence, marking the start of an extraordinary voyage into self-discovery and mastery.
Jo's credentials are a testament to her dedication and passion for fostering growth and breakthroughs in others. As a Certified Trainer of NLP, Hypnosis, and Time Line Therapy™ Techniques, she brings over 29 years of experience in NLP and Hypnosis and 13+ years of coaching. Her expertise extends to being an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and Motivation Therapist, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Techniques.
Her approach is deeply rooted in understanding the unconscious mind, utilising a blend of human needs psychology, CBT, and NLP to guide her clients towards actionable change and lifelong fulfilment.
