Daily Morning Motivation

Join JoJo each day at 7.30 am (or watch on replay!) as she shares her ideas to help you get your head in the best space to make the most of your day and achieve your daily Blueprint* goals. By starting your day intentionally and with a clear focus, you'll be able to stay on track with your health and wellness goals and make progress towards achieving your happy weight, regaining your mojo, and thriving.

Daily Lunchtime Workshops

Each day at lunchtime (available on replay if you can't attend live) JoJo will lead a 45-minute training on Zoom where she'll introduce you to her favourite parts of NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy for helping you achieve your goals and to nurture you mind, body, and soul. We'll celebrate the progress you've made so far this year, release any obstacles that are holding you back, and set the stage for even greater success in the months ahead. Invest this time in yourself and take control of your health and wellness. You are worth it!

End the day in the right way...

Join us live each evening to share your learnings from the day and celebrate your shifts. We will also learn about and experience some of JoJo's night-time rituals. If you ever have trouble sleeping or letting go of your worries from the day, this will be the call for you.
